Sirocco - Belgian Ale
Sirocco is the second beer from Laboratorio Birrario Ticinese, the vision of Belgian ALE. They wanted to propose an amber beer, not very bitter, with an important body but streamlined and easy to drink. Hints of roasted malt scented with tangerine peels are perceived. To give a native personalization and a slight note of spiciness, they used Maggia Valley spiced pepper, which is not meant to be intrusive but to accompany with a bit of liveliness the note of dryness left on the finish by the yeast. Here again they wanted to give a personal twist to a broad and much-appreciated style to provide a viable alternative to those who do not like beers that are too bitter.
