The Friar - White Beer
The Friar is the first White Beer from LABORATORIO BIRRARIO TICINESE; brewed using barley malt and wheat, it is pale gold in color with the characteristic turbidity of the style. Wheat gives a pleasant freshness and a white cap of soft and persistent foam; as the most characterizing ingredient, they used a yeast strain that is characterized by producing delicate hints of banana and clove in perfect balance with each other.
