Locomotive - The Bock - . This is the brewery's first bottom-fermented beer; a German-style red ale characterized by its typical red-tinged color and malty notes, a bittersweet finish and a characteristic hint of cookie and cocoa. Grains predominate over to hops, which are used only in bitterness to give a hint of character.
