Atomica Ticinese - the Extra Strong Ale with apricots. The most alcoholic beer in Canton Ticino, a "BOMB" that warms the heart with a warm, enveloping body. An Extra Strong Ale with light carbonation that should be served not too cold to savor all its nuances. The high alcohol percentage is well hidden in the sweetness of the malts and candied sugar, and the apricots used to make it give silkiness and smoothness. More like a raisin wine than a beer, it is ideal served in a nice wide glass paired with a dessert or milk chocolate.
