Byzantium - Pale Ale
Byzantium, the version of pale ale. A pale ale, low in bitterness and easy to drink in quantity. A more "lively" carbonation than its sisters makes it suitable for those who want to quench their thirst while still drinking a local, high-quality product. The oats they use make it smooth, and the noble, delicate hops do not affect the aroma too much, leaving room for the grains that dominate the flavor of a classic beer to be drunk on any occasion.
