Between the two idyllic Reuss towns of Bremgarten and Mellingen lies (for 160 years) in the village of Künten the last traditional cheese dairy in the canton of Aargau. 25 specialties have been developed and produced over the years, including real sales hits such as the "Urchrüter". The Künten specialties enriched the Swiss cheese palette with many a delicacy. The traditional production of our cheeses is made with high-quality and silo-free milk from the region together with GMO-free ingredients from natural raw materials. About 1/2 of the milk is processed according to the Bio Suisse guidelines.

Our philosophy is based on the desire to produce in harmony with nature, with joy and imagination, customer and market oriented.

In this way, over the years, a varied range of products of our own creation has been created, which can be successfully marketed both at home and abroad. The high degree of popularity of our specialties spurs us on again and again to develop further delicacies for you.
