Our cheese dairy is a small village cheese dairy that employs people from the region and trains apprentices. We work with 20 small milk farmers who are all mountain and alpine certified.
All our products are therefore mountain certified and made from alpine milk. The everyday love we have for our products can be felt inside. This is only possible thanks to our staff, who do their work with joy and attention to detail.
