Braun's chili sauces are sauces where the focus is not on the spiciness, but on the taste. Each sauce consists of several varieties of chilies, which complement each other so that a rounded chili taste experience is created. Therefore, only the bare essentials go into my sauces, as the inherent flavor of the chili is the focus. After all, a chili sauce should taste like chili. "For has a taste".

It is also important to me to create a sauce that is not only made in Switzerland, but also all the ingredients come from Switzerland. In other words, a real Swiss sauce.

The majority of my fruit is grown by the regional foundation "Palm" in Pfäffikon ZH (the Palme Foundation is certified organic), a workshop for people with disabilities. Furthermore, another part of my fruit comes from the Open Correctional Institution Bachtel. Besides the social impact, it is also very important to me what kind of footprint we leave in nature. Therefore, all ingredients are planted with nature and not against using a fertilization that is completely free of artificials with an emphasis on compost (not called garden gold for nothing).

The sauces are all made by me personally in small batches using the fermentation process. In other words, from seed to fruit, everything goes through one hand to achieve the highest quality. Of course without flavor enhancers or artificial additives.

Through the fermentation, the inherent flavor of the chili is only really brought to bear, it creates a unique chili sauce that is unparalleled.
