In 2016, Martino Mombelli, Giona Meyer, Rupen Nacaroglu and Damiano Merzari, made the passionate and crazy decision to create the first Gin from Ticino. They chose Sagno and the mountains of the Muggio Valley as their home and as the center of their project. Since 2016 things have been positively evolved and another shareholder, Carolina Valsangiacomo, joined the company in 2019.
Thanks to perfectly well-balanced skills of the team, the second step in 2016 was to set up a company and venture into the production and resale of natural and bio-certified organic drinks. The charming historical gardens of Sagno, in Muggio Valley, has been thought as the perfect setting to develop the idea. It is the place where Martino Mombelli grows the herbs, roots and blooms that are part of Bisbino Sagl's beverage recipes.
