The Marachiei farm is located in Osco, in the Leventina Valley. As it happens in the most beautiful stories of agricultural tradition, the management of the company is generational and starts from the commitment and passion of Mr. Ottavio 20 years ago to be handed over to his daughter Eva and her husband Mattia.
In 2004 a new stable was built with free stabling in respect of the animals. It has automatic drying of hay and mechanization for cleaning the barn. Here there are about 130 goats.
With the Pian Cavallo alpine pasture at over 2000 meters overlooking the valley, the goats of the Marachiei farm graze freely in the midst of uncontaminated nature and produce a particular milk, distinctive and characteristic of the alpine pasture that allows the creation of different types of cheeses of extraordinary quality and unique flavors.
Buying the cheeses of the Marachiei Farm (BIOSUISSE certified) as well as rewarding the hard daily work of the Arnoldi family also means bringing to the table incomparable products that will excite even the most demanding palates.
