Tolrem Minusio

The history of Ronchi Biaggi dates back to 1900, when farmer from Ticino, Andrea Biaggi, planted a small vineyard on the hills of Scarpapé, near the castles of Bellinzona.

Today Ronchi Biaggi has owns seven vineyards, most of which located on hilly terrain and works another 8 in the region.

For three generations, the Biaggi family has handed down their passion for wine growing with care and dedication. Andrea’s passion was passed down to Mario his son, and to his nephew Fabrizio, who now runs the family company.This legacy has created an excellent wine, the "Tolrem" (merlot), but the path of experimentation and discovery is neverending…
