Julie Ordon is a local and an epicurean who loves to please. It was during a visit to the iconic alpine landscapes of the Bernese Oberland that she decided to create Bretzel and Gretel - a marvellous journey that transports us to an enchanted universe filled with new gourmet flavours. An invitation to discover a crunchy, delicately chocolatey little knot in a refined and feminine collection.

In a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach, our boxes are made of recycled cardboard. The poya that decorates them was created by the Lausanne artist Catherine Schmidt. These traditional cut-outs fit perfectly with our "Swissness", synonymous with quality and authenticity. Even the salt is locally sourced.
