Because of her great love of Muesli and with a building desire to create her own line of tasty Muesli, Emma started to experiment. For many years, she tested and tried different ingredients and combinations of ingredients for their nutritional and flavour values. This finally led to the creation of her own line of delicious artisanal müesli and granola and finally to the inception of Emma's Muesli.
