In our pasta factory in the heart of Ticino, we create handmade quality pasta, respecting people and nature. Our recipe: authenticity, freshness and passion! Our ravioli and gnocchi are the result of a unique combination of Italian creativity and Swiss quality.

Only the best ingredients available on the market, most of them local, are transformed according to ancient recipes into a unique choice of fresh pasta.

All pasta is made by hand with love, patience and know-how.

In keeping with our corporate philosophy, our products are packaged in innovative and sustainable trays made of recycled and recyclable cardboard.

We guarantee outstanding quality thanks to the careful management of our family business for three generations. Since 2020, we have been working according to the ISO / FSSC 22000 guidelines and some of our products are also certified ORGANIC (BIO CH-006) since 2021. At the beginning of 2023, our ravioli and gnocchi were certified as regional products by the official body of the "Marchio Ticino".

Our employees are talented craftsmen who passionately create traditional and innovative recipes. The fillings of the pasta are created by great Chefs and vary according to the season, so the offer is always exciting.

With this pasta, you can taste the Ticino and the sun comes to your plate!

Di Lella ravioli and gnocchi are available throughout Switzerland as a Ticino specialty and can now be ordered on Larix.ch.
