Fou Rouge
The clear structure of the wine is based on the stony, slightly calcareous soil of Tsampon. The nose discovers this wine with a bouquet of fruity aromas, dominated by raspberry. Notes of warm earth, velvety tannins and café beans round out the palate experience. The character of Fou Rouge testifies to liveliness and freshness and goes very well with a summer barbecue.
