Bianco del Ticino. Denomination of controlled origin. Grapes from the vineyard of Boscherina, Novazzano. It is perfect with aperitifs, white meats and Ticino cheeses.intense and fruity bouquet, with notes of medlar and apple. The taste remains fresh and clean with hints of apple and a light almond finish.
Other Boscherina’s products
Boscherina winery produces about 6,000 bottles per year. There are two of them, Rudy Studer and his son Simone. Both of them also have another job which in certain periods of the year is their main job. They own several small vineyards which they personally take care of. The grapes they harvest are partly sold to other producers in Ticino.
