Their colorful way of life and penchant for rhythm in the blood, burn themselves deeply into the memories of their guests. The country is considered one of the largest coffee producers in the world. No wonder that even the national soccer team is popularly called "Los Cafeteros" (the coffee farmers). Fruity and floral, like the untouched virgin forests in the interior of the country, our organic Arabica coffee is also characterized. The aroma will take you to an exciting night in Calì. The roastery is a small organic coffee roastery with a focus on organic coffee in premium quality. From six cooperatives in Central and South America and in Africa they get their raw beans, which were produced according to organic and Faitrade standards. They have already met some of the people from the cooperatives personally. Personal and fair relationships are important to them and are valued.
All of their coffees are certified organic. The high quality of the raw beans, coupled with their slow roasting process, create a unique taste experience. Thanks to the very long roasting, the beans become particularly low in acidity and at the same time the aroma remains intense and powerful.
