Chliestei-fondue
A delight for cold or warm days. The earthy, rustic consistency is something unique and gives a distinctive taste. For their fondue, they use only recent Pilatusblick and Chlistei cheese, white wine and cornflour.

Albert Schöpfer, who grew up on a farm, completed his apprenticeship as a cheesemaker in 1981. Since then, the cheese-making profession has never left him.
Silvio Schöpfer completed his apprenticeship as a dairy technologist in 2006. He has been working in the family business since 2016.
Since 2009, the cheese dairy has been run by them, the Schöpfer family. They are a classic family business. Father Albert and son Silvio process the milk, take care of the cheese and are responsible for sales. Mother Margrith is responsible for the administration.
