Colombera BIO is a farm on the Piano di Magadino managed by the Tognetti family, pioneers of organic farming in Ticino since the 80s. Recently taken over by their daughter Tessa who, with her young team, produces quality food with cow, goat and sheep milk. In addition to dairy activities, the farm produces meat, cold cuts, cereals and wine. Starting in 2021, LaColombera will also undergo a biodynamic-demeter conversion to get even closer to the rhythms of nature.
