Since 1982 “La Bottega del Fornaio" has been producing panottone, cakes and bread in the heart of Mendrisio. First in the northern part of the "Magnifico Borgo" in via S.Damiano and since 1990 in the current location of Via Pontico Virunio 3. The store was completely renovated in 2012 to keep up with the times and offer the best of what the sector can offer. A great step forward has been made by participating in numerous competitions which have led to two bronze medals and one silver medal at the Rimini Ice Cream World Cup. La Bottega del Fornaio continues to acquire innovate, acquire new skills, and to raise quality of the products they offer.
