Weizen is a traditional Germanic beer, which intertwines barley malt with wheat malt. It is fermented with a particular yeast, which is the real protagonist of the style. In order to taste it at its best, it is recommended to serve in the glass the whole sling of yeast, giving the beer its characteristic cloudy color.
