Il Riccio

The Selvatici brewery was founded by Alessandro and Nicola in 2015 as an adventure in Malvaglia, a small village in the Blenio Valley. Selvatici is a project based on a sound friendship and a great desire to experiment, combined with a handful of originality and their entrepreneurial mindset. In the beginning Alessandro and Nicola focused their efforts in producing only two types of beers La Volpe (Amber Ale) e Il Tasso (Pale Ale). Thanks to feedback from loyal customers they have branched out and offer a greater variety of beers, but their goal and modus operandi has not changed. In fact they still stick to the initial mission of their project: to share unforgettable moments.
